Crank Style Motion Assembly

Crank style motion assemblies for windup musical movements let you build musical projects that swing, pump, saw, rock, go up and down, and more. Designed for full-size SANKYO 18-note musical movements, cranks install easily into the movement's side accessory opening — with or without the white plastic shell.

Easy installation – Installs into the side accessory opening; works with or without the movement's white plastic shell.
Turn shaft required – Fastens to smooth or threaded turn shafts, sold separately.

A) Crank Assembly with 1/2" Long Arm – Screws onto a threaded turn shaft. Installs counter-clockwise.
B) Crank Assembly with Short Arm – Fastens with a set-screw onto a smooth turn shaft.
C) Crank Assembly with 6"L Drive Rod – Wire rod is easily bent or cut; comes already attached to the turn shaft.

Crank Style Motion Assembly

A) Crank Assembly with 1/2" Long Arm. Screws onto THREADED turn shaft. Installs counter-clockwise.

B) Crank Assembly with Short Arm. Fastens with set-screw onto SMOOTH turn shaft.

C) Crank Assembly with 6"L Drive Rod. Wire rod is easily bent or cut. Comes already attached to turn shaft.

Use turn shaft to install into accessory opening on side of musical movement.

Cranks rotate in clockwise direction.

Crank Style Motion Assemblies produce a variety of motions.
