2. Mail or Fax your order by using our Printable Blank Order Form. Viewing and printing the order form requires access to the free Acrobat Reader program. If you don't have it, you can download Acrobat Reader for free here.
3. Place your order by phone.

Wholesale Direct 48 hour shipping on most orders. Two business days from time of receipt on domestic orders.

Staff is on duty from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm  Monday thru Thursday, Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm  Eastern Standard Time. Orders taken electronically all other times.

Minimum Merchandise order is $10.00 Net. (Contiguous U.S. Only)
Orders OUTSIDE the Contiguous U.S. require a Minimum Order of $25.00. 
EXPORT ORDERS must be at least $100.00 (U.S.) Net.
Domestic orders by Phone, Fax or Mail can be less than $10 but will incur an additional $7.50 service charge plus postage.
