Why didn't I receive an email with my invoice & tracking number?

There are a couple reasons you may not have been sent this email:

  • Your email address on file is inactive or incorrect.
  • You placed your order over the phone.
  • Your order is being shipped outside the U.S.
  • Orders paid via PayPal with a merchandise total over $274.99. (Since the shipping cost cannot be automatically calculated)

How do I get my tracking information if I did not get this email?

You can request your tracking # by contacting our Customer Service Team by phone or email. Please provide your Order # or Customer # for assistance.
