Return & Refund Policy - Updated March, 2025

Due to an update of our Credit Card Processing System installed to improve credit card transactions on our website, as of March 10th 2025, all orders paid via credit card will be subject to a $3.00 processing fee if the order is cancelled, modified, or returned.

PROCESSING FEES APPLY TO RETURNS DUE TO:

• Customer Error: customer ordered by mistake, product does not meet customer’s needs or customer placed duplicate orders.
• Product Condition: product has been used, packaging seal is not intact, product label has been damaged or parts of the product are missing.
• Time Frame: the product(s) are returned after 45 days of the order being placed.
• Restocking Fee: returns due to customer error will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

EXCEPTIONS:

• If the order is amended within that same business day, between the hours of 9am-4pm EST Monday-Friday, there will be no processing or restocking fees charged.
• If products are returned due to manufacturer defect within 45 days of the order placed. Proof of defect is required.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Products purchased from sources other than directly from National Artcraft will not be eligible for refunds.
• Special Order items will not be eligible for refunds.
• We do not offer product exchanges.
• No refunds will be issued, for any reason, after 45 days of order placed.

1 Day Quick Ship 

We offer Same Day UPS Shipping for an additional $20.00 per shipment. Orders must be placed via phone with one of our customer service representatives and must be placed before 11 A.M. E.S.T. Please note that Same Day means shipping on the same business day the order was placed. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will leave our warehouse the next business day following. You still must allow for transit time of the carrier. 

Same-Day Shipping is not available for export orders, U.S. Mail shipments or items that are Drop-Shipped.     

Shipping

National Artcraft can ship anywhere in the world. Most orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Aurora, Ohio facility. Orders usually ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. All orders are insured. (See Insurance below for details) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.     

Using Your Own UPS or FedEx Shipping Account: If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account, please verify the shipper number and pay the shipping fees in a timely manner. Failure to do either of these results in charges to us which we will apply to your credit card or account.

Shipping Fees

Standard Ground Service is used for orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S. of $274.99 Net or less and follows our banded shipping rate chart (below). 

Orders over $274.99 will pay the actual shipping fee plus $3.95 handling fee. 

Customers may choose to have their package shipped via UPS or FedEx exclusively during checkout, but there will be an additional $3.50 charge on orders under $274.99 for doing so.

Delivery Signature Required

For orders of $300 or more: National Artcraft requires a signature at delivery from someone 18 years of age or older to ensure your order arrives safely. No fee is added for this service.

For orders under $300: Upon checkout, the signature requirement is optional. If you choose to include a signature requirement upon delivery, a carrier fee of $5.90 will be automatically added. Selecting this feature at checkout helps to prevent package theft and ensures your package gets delivered to the correct address. If you do not select this option at checkout and UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking indicates that your package was successfully delivered to the provided address, National Artcraft will refuse any claim of non-delivery, theft, or any other failure to receive your order. 

The following types of shipments are not eligible for the Shipping Rates shown in the Chart above and will be charged ACTUAL Shipping cost plus a $3.95 handling fee:     
          -  Any accelerated shipping option such as Next Day, 2nd Day, Priority, Expedited, etc.     
          -  Any customer outside the contiguous U.S. - including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.     
          -  Any order requiring Drop-Shipment from the manufacturer. However, if your order is a combination of stocked items and Drop-Shipped items we will use the Shipping Rate Chart for stocked items providing they are for less than $274.99 net - and will add shipping charges for any Drop-Shipped items that do not already include the cost of shipping in their price. 

Insurance

All orders are insured. For orders less than $100.00 the insurance fee is included. For orders of $100.00 and up, there will be an additional charge of $3.15 automatically added to your total at checkout per $100.00 or portion thereof to cover the insurance. For shipments outside the continental U.S. the charge for insurance coverage is calculated at the time of shipment and added to your order.

International Shipping Fees - Updated March, 2025

International orders are shipped the Best Way - either USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Import Duties & Taxes (International orders only)

National Artcraft Co. is not responsible for the collection or payment of Import Duties or Taxes. If applicable, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer when delivery is made.

Documentation

Every order will contain a Packing Slip detailing the contents of your order. The Invoice for your order will be sent to you in one of two ways: e-mail or in-mail. If you have not provided us an e-mail address the invoice will be mailed to you. International orders will have the invoice mailed to them.
